False allegations are nothing new to these brasen criminals. Many Social Workers are encouraged to lie on reports in order to take your children and are backed by their Supervisors. You have no way of complaining; who would you complain to anyway? The kidnappers are the ones parents have to negotiate with. The children have a bounty and the parents pay with their lives and still lose in court, as there is no one to defend them.
Unfortunately, parents believe their Public Defenders are going to “take care of them”, little do they know….. it will rarely if ever happen.

Social Workers (CPS) are “hardened to these cases, and don’t care about the parents” as I personally was told by a Social Worker.
They are given bonus’ and have Quotas to take children. Yours COULD be next!

I am an MSW…a social worker is a legal title…few really are social workers…most are case managers and thats a hole different animal. There is a distinct difference between social worker and case manager…namely education…you can have a degree in sanitation and be a case manager…..but not social work…you must have a specific education…and we believe that family is the most important. We also believe in empowering families to solve their own problems…
I don’t know if this article is true or not…but if these people are social workers they are in some deep trouble….very deep. They will be held accountable by some very stringent guidelines. The National Association of Social Workers will step in and do some thing if they are social workers (which I doubt)
If they are case managers…well, I don’t know. I am not one.
By the way – about the NAZI system. GESTAPO would not start its investigation unless it would have two independently confirmed written and signed testimonies. As a healthy contrast to this outdated and obsolete approach the CPS start its actions after just one anonymous call.
I would like to stress that social workers constantly make false claims against their victims. My case falls among such baseless and falsified complaints. I am glad that some of our mighty accusers run through the same experience. The only deplorable difference is – that this teen will face consequences for his false accusation (by the way: we don’t know which psychotropic drugs he had been given to admit his false accusations) – and social witches who live of their false accusations are covered by bullet-proof immunity.
Anthony, the stories I post, and the ones that I hear directly from the parents that are “forced” into the “system” are not false. As for your friend, I feel little sympathy if any at all. I’m am more than sure he is not innocent. Whether he be direction innocent of these EXACT charges or not, I find irrelevant. There was a report, just as he makes FALSE reports upon other people. I refuse to believe he could be the ONLY Social Worker with Honor, if he had honor, he would not be trying to separate parents from their families. I believe you must not be aware of the ongoing problems within his employment, and those he works with. I’ve personally investigated, researched and experienced the false allegations that are placed upon parents. I KNOW with 100% certainty that these parents are placed through a battery of so called “services” in order to fail in obtaining their children. I have had contacts with Social Workers, personally, who have told me what goes on within Social Services. I have had contacts with Subcontractors who have also told me stories. It sickens me to think that those bottom feeders with badges, ‘baby stealers’ as the Public Defender’s office calls them, even exist. I will never discount the fact that there are some children in need, but the overwhelming abundant amount of children taken that never should have been supersedes those you call ‘protected’. The entire ‘system’ is not designed to ‘protect children’ as Social Services have led people to believe.
Social Workers perjury themselves, withhold exculpatory evidence, never do a full investigation, if one at all, destroy evidence, delete or omit necessary information, and frankly are trained on HOW to obtain children for adoption.
The position of “social worker” is nothing more than a solder of the Nazi “system” in place for the Trillions of dollars these children are worth.
It also saddens me to see such ignorance within the Social Workers themselves, and the cowardliness of refusing to step up to the plate and be honorable. Hidden behind a paycheck or Bonus, I find it appalling that these people are “hardened” without a conscious.
Social Workers remind me of the Narcissistic Sociopaths that try to get a job as a Police officer and fail the tests, so they become security guards instead. Is it a ‘blanket’ opinion? Yes, and justifiably so, those that do stand up, are generally FIRED afterward. CASA? Oh, in case you didn’t know.. they too are EMPLOYED by Social Services. Judges? On the board of Directors for Non Profits that are funded by the Gov. and in turn give money TO Social Services. It’s the biggest Child Trafficking ring there is, the biggest SCAM. It turns my stomach, and the stomach of so many others, that you would even be remotely proud to stand up and claim your position. Good luck with that Solder of Social Destruction, and the ultimate demise of Family, Truth and any American way!
I would be happy to discuss this with him personally, get his side of the story in order to CONSIDER revising or updating it, on his behalf. One question I would be compelled to ask is.. ‘are you gay’. Don’t get me wrong, it is not personal, just a relevant question in research.

never happened. The child confessed that it was a false accusation. The case was then completely dropped. The teen was in juvenile detention who made the false accusation, and later admitted to same. I also know Sandra.

Our son has been removed from our care and i dont feel that we have been treated fairly. phone calls remained unanswered. they removed him soley on alligations based on what the maternal aunt told them. it seems as if that all they go by, not on the facts or the proof or evidence. Its like every time we complain they dont care. When i was in court my so called attorney wanted me to plead guilty to something i did not do. ” if you do not plead guilty we will have to be here all afternoon” stated my attorney. It feels like we are just another number to them, just another pay check. I feel that my son is being exploited by his maternal aunt for the money. “in the begining of the case my so called public defender informed me that she felt that the maternal aunt was doing it for the money.” but yet she wanted me to plead guilty to something that i didnt do. that was she could close the case before noon.
A child protective worker is nothing but a coward hiding behind a babystealer license.
Most people cooperate out of fear or because they feel that they have nothing to hide. I have found it is best to go ballistic on the worker, use her name with as many people as humanly possible, complain to anybody and everybody from the receptionist at the local CPS office all the way up to the governors office. Do this from the moment they show up at your door and they will run with their tails between their legs.
One time a worker showed up at my door and I wanted to complain about her to her supervisor but the supervisor wouldn’t return my calls within like ten minutes, so I went to the DHS office and went up to the receptionist and very nicely but loud enough to make sure everybody in there heard me, said, “Hi. I’m here to complain about (insert workers name here), because she’s a liar and I don’t think that child protective workers like (workers name here) should lie…” The receptionist tried to hush me and called up, then told me that she was in a meeting and wanted me to leave my name and number. So I continued, “Well this is really important, I really think that (workers name here) supervisor should know that (workers name here) is a liar. Do you think it’s ok for Child Protective Workers like (workers name here) to lie? We have to stop her before she does this to any other parents.”
I had her supervisor down there in two minutes flat, and she was called out of a meeting to take my complaint. My case was closed within five days. Not because she did anything wrong, but because she showed up at my door and they knew damn well that I wasn’t going to stop.
